I need short-term programming from September 2nd-September 12th!
No problem. Come on in! Payment is require upon use. Cost, $10/period. Cash is accepted.
I would like to register my child in to 2014/2015 programs but I did not submit a pre-registration package.
No problem. Download a registration package from our website firstname.lastname@example.org and drop it off in person to ACE. ACE will begin to accept 2014/2015 program registrations as of September 2nd, 2014.
I would like to register my child but my pre-registration package was returned.
Oh no! Something is wrong with your pre-registration package or you have an outstanding balance. Please see ACE onsite after September 2nd to look in to your account.
If you have an outstanding balance from a previous year, it must be paid in full before we can register you in to 2014/2015 programs. This includes Short-term Programming (September 2nd-12th).
I submitted a package but did not receive any confirmation in the mail.
Please email ACE at email@example.com ASAP to look in to your pre-registration.
Are the programs that my child is registered in to confirmed?
No, programs offered by ACE are contingent on registration. If we see that registration is too low for any particular program, we will approach you and follow up on arranging an alternative program for your child.
Why was my child not registered in to one or more of the programs that I chose?
Can I change or add programs to my child’s registration?
Yes. Parents who wish to make changes to their child’s programs schedule, may do so beginning September 8th, 2014 in person at ACE.
Can I use cash to pay my fees?
ACE will only accept cash payments for short-term programming and emergency care. All other fees must be paid by cheque or money order.

I heard there is a parent handbook. Where can I get more information?
The 2014/2015 ACE Parent Handbook will be distributed to all ACE families beginning September 2nd. Parents are required to read the Handbook and sign off on having read it. The Handbook outlines our policies and procedures. All parents are required to abide by the policies and procedure of ACE.
